POLICE are on the hunt for an attacker who threw a piece of wood from an overpass in Berwick last month.
Police said a small truck which was travelling east on the Princes Highway was struck by the wood, which was thrown off the Soldiers Road overpass about 1am on 30 August.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Constable Clare Donlon at the Narre Warren police station on 9705 3111.
