MELBOURNE Football Club’s mascot Ronald Deeman made a special appearance at Hillsmeade Primary School’s third annual footy day.
The Narre Warren South school was a sea of football colours on Friday 17 September as 900 kids celebrated the football event.
Grade 2 teacher Bree Schranz, who organised the day, said the longest kick competition reappeared at this year’s footy day.
“Even the teachers had a go,” she said.
“And the kids paraded to the theme song of their teams.”
