NARRE Warren police have reported a spate of car window smashes in recent weeks.
Detective Senior Constable Mick Gledhill said police were aware of a number of incidents, but could not link them.
He said a number of incidents included occupants in passing cars throwing bottles and driving off.
Anyone who sees similar incidents is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
