THREE car thieves were among those nabbed in the successful Operation Petrel recently.
The thieves, aged between 17 and 22, were observed driving a stolen car in Guys Hill on Friday 12 November.
The car was stolen from Narre Warren North the night before and had been involved in two petrol thefts, from petrol stations in Narre Warren and Hallam, in the previous 24 hours.
The offenders, two from Narre Warren and one from Upper Beaconsfield, have been bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court.
