Club digs deep for flood victims

THE Cranbourne Turf Club will be offering a helping hand to the victims of the Queensland floods.
All money received at the gates at the 23 January race meet will be donated to those affected by the disaster in Queensland.
Cranbourne Turf Club chief executive Neil Bainbridge said tins would be rattling on the day to help raise more money.Rides for children and other entertainment will be available on the day, and Mr Bainbridge encouraged the community to attend the race meet to help support a good cause.
Any local businesses that might be interested in taking part on the day are encouraged to contact the turf club on 5996 1300.
