THE luckless Dandenong and District Cricket Association was once again forced to cancel the remainder of round nine as rain ruined any chance of play on Saturday.
Of the six scheduled two-dayers so far this season, only two have been played without interruption.
Although the poor weather has been a concern for the DDCA it does set up a tantalising run home.
With two rounds left, six teams outside the top four still remain a chance to make finals.
