A HALLAM woman was taken to The Alfred hospital with head injuries after being hit with a hammer on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called a Marson Crescent residence just before 2.30am on 11 February where they discovered a woman with serious injuries.
Hallam man Victor Leong, 42, has been charged with attempted murder and intentionally causing injury and was remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 14 February.
