A NARRE Warren man has died in a single vehicle accident on the Princes Freeway in Officer.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision, which occurred at 10.30pm on 3 February.
Police believe the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a railing on the passenger side. The vehicle then crossed both lanes into wire rope barriers and hit a concrete bridge. The 52-year-old driver, who was the sole occupant of the late model Holden sedan, died at the scene. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
