New hall hailed- Grade four students John and Taylor were excited about their new library. 61089

TRINITY Primary School’s multipurpose hall, library and new classrooms were officially opened recently as part of the Australian Government’s Building the Education Revolution (BER).
At the time the BER was announced, Trinity Primary School couldn’t fit all students in one area for a school assembly.
Holt MP Anthony Byrne congratulated all involved in the project, including Principal John Williams, school staff planners, architects and tradesmen – all 140 of them, for their hard work ensuring this project’s success.
“It gave me great pride to officially open the multipurpose hall, library and new classrooms at Trinity Primary School, a fantastic opportunity for the school that recognises the needs and aspirations of our community,” Mr Byrne said.
Trinity Primary School Administration Officer Glenice Shortal said the school appreciated its new buildings.
“The grade prep and one students are enjoying their new classrooms all with interactive whiteboards,” Ms Shortal said
“The library is more than double the size of our previous library, which allows students to have separate reading, storytelling and research areas and the brand new hall now allows for whole school assemblies, PE classes inside when needed and a facility to be used by the parents and friends for events for the whole Trinity community.”
