Church cash push

By Emma Schenk
The Mina Marine Coptic Church of Hallam will host a weekend full of fun on 28-29 May.
The fete will raise money for the church’s expansion, so they can help the community even more.
With over 500 families who attend the church, they pride themselves on catering for different needs such as multicultural and youth services, as well as providing social networking.
Father Attalla invites the whole community to come along to the fete for a weekend jam-packed with excitement.
The church is giving away free hotdogs and showbags to locals, and will be selling mountains of food, from coffee to popcorn, biscuits, Lebanese food and much more.
There is also a Christian bookshop and artwork displayed at the church.
Contact Father Abanouba Attalla for more information on 0402 491 491.
