A SPECTACULAR musical performance is coming to St Margaret’s School tomorrow (Friday).
Taliska combines thestunning fiddle playing of Colin MacLeod, the refined and inspiring sounds from Geoff Jones on pipes, the sincere vocals and guitarplaying of Marc de Rijk, the mellifluous vocals of Claire Patti and the beautiful harp and piano accordion, and the melodiously mellow sounds of the cello from Natasha Trinkle.
Taliska is sure to have the audiences so transfixed, you could hear a pin drop as they weave musical magic through songs and airs with soaring harmonies, then roar enthusiastically to life with their sprightly, foot-tapping jigs and reels.
This performance will take place at the Rosanove Auditorium; 17 June at 7.30pm Cost is $15 for adults, $10 for students and concession. Tickets are available at the door or by phone 9703 8143. Refreshments will be on sale at 7pm.
