I REFER to the opinion letter from Paul Richardson of Endeavour Hills (News, 11 August).
Could Luke Donnellan please explain to everyone in his Narre Warren North electorate why he doesn’t recognise Mr Richardson as a constituent of his electorate?
Mr Richardson ran against Mr Donnellan at the last state election. Is this the reason?
Or are there other reasons why Mr Donnellan does not consider Mr Richardson as a constituent?
