Wedding ware

By Emma Sun
UP TO 40 exhibitors from the south-east will be showcasing their goods at the Wedding Expo on Thursday 20 October.
The expo, organised by the YMCA in conjunction with Amberlee Receptions in Cranbourne, is ideal for anyone living in Casey and surrounding suburbs.
Casey YMCA youth mentoring specialist Cheryl Eyssens said this year’s expo would provide a great boost for all aspects of the region’s wedding industry.
“The Wedding Expo is a great opportunity for local businesses to promote their products and services, while supporting the YMCA youth mentoring program,” she said.
“The event will allow those who are planning their wedding day the chance to shop around in one convenient location.”
Visitors have the chance to win a $1500 engagement party at Amberlee Receptions. Raffle tickets are available for everyone who attends, and one ticket is included in the $5 entry fee. Extra tickets will be available at the event.
The Wedding Expo will be held at Amberlee Receptions in Cranbourne from 6pm to 9pm.
All proceeds will go to YMCA Open Doors in support of YMCA youth mentoring, which helps at-risk young people in the Casey community. For more information, to secure a stall or purchase raffle tickets, please call 9705 5033 or email cheryl.eyssens@ymca.org.au
