Washouts order of the day

THE inclement weather played havoc in some suburbs, resulting in washouts for Berwick Bowling Club’s number one and number three sides.
The remaining four sides battled on recording wins for three out of the four sides.
The number two side had a good win over Vermont South while the number four side had a resounding win at home over Cranbourne, winning by a comfortable 32 shots.
The sixth side played at Cranbourne and struggled most of the day, but battled on to take out the match by only four shots in what may prove to be a good win as far as their position on the ladder is concerned.
