CHRISTMAS lanterns lit up the night in Doveton on Saturday, thanks to the Young Generation Filipino Senior Citizens Club South East.
The group, including Lucy Tesoro, held a Christmas lantern parade with the theme Winter Wonderland from John Pandazopoulos Hall in Doveton on 15 December.
Members created the lanterns themselves after receiving a $4000 Participation for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Seniors grant from the State Government earlier this year. 91904 Picture: STEWART CHAMBERS
