TWO Grade 6 students were given special recognition by the steering committee of a proposed new bank last month.
The Narre Warren North Community Bank presented the Citizenship Award to Olivia and James from Narre Warren North Primary School. The students were selected by the school.
The award was one of a series of excellence awards presented to students at the Narre Warren North Primary School Grade 6 graduation.
The 43 graduating students sang You Can Count On Me and performed an energetic modern dance piece at the event.
Principal Connie vanderVoort highlighted that the time that the students spent at Narre North Primary provided them with the ‘stepping stones’ for the rest of their lives.
