YEAR seven students have been using their lunch times wisely at Narre Warren South P-12 College.
Year seven girls at the school have been taking part in a course run by City of Casey based group Angel Light Link.
The program stretches across eight weeks and covers a different topic each week.
This is not the first time the school has participated in the program which is called All About You.
The college has worked in partnership with Angel Light Link annually since 2006 and this is the eighth consecutive program which has been held at the school.
The purpose of the program is to focus on prevention and early intervention, and to address topics such as poor body image, eating disorders, stress, bullying and many more.
The All About You program has been provided to more than 4000 teenage girls in 27 schools.
