Hard to move

READING last week (News, 26 September) about Mr David Levchenko, who wants graffiti removed, my advice to him is don’t waste your time. I have been trying to get rid of graffiti near my property for the last two years. If you ring the council hotline they give you the same excuse, it’s not our problem. If you ring Melbourne Water, they won’t remove it unless it’s classed as vulgar, meanwhile the graffiti stays there and it’s a damn eyesore.
D Gardner,
Hampton Park.
