Top Tigers inspire students

STUDENTS from St Francis Xavier College were kicking goals last month when players from the Richmond Football Club roared into town.
Former Tigers captain Chris Newman and midfielder Daniel Jackson spoke to the school’s Year 9 students about the importance of leadership and its key elements, including resilience, courage, and determination.
Chris Newman was captain of the Tigers for four years, while Daniel Jackson became the inaugural winner of the Jim Stynes Community Leadership Award last year, as well as the club’s best and fairest winner.
