Spy story scripture

WITH Easter around the corner, a Casey church is putting a modern spin on religion.
This weekend the Narre Warren Baptist Church will stage its Easter production The Witness running for four nights only.
The Witness, presented in a modern setting, is the story of an agent sent by the authorities to spy on the new prophet Jesus of Nazareth, looking to expose him.
Senior Pastor Lee Kohler said the production will entertain, provoke and move every person.
“Enjoy a large drama cast, engaging band items, a powerful Easter message, and professional sound and lighting,” he said.
The performances start on Saturday 19 April at 6pm, followed by three on Sunday 20 at 10am, 1pm and 6pm.
