Councillor Crestani and Cr Kaplon should cut a ribbon to open it, as it took months to construct it.
However, as it’s unsupervised during school hours, the two councillors could cut a ribbon under the dead and dying oak trees of the World War I Avenue of Honour for their safety under the Casey Council OH&S regulations.
