The Money shot

BERWICK’s Harrison Money (inset) had the pride of Casey Cardinia football in his hands as he lined up an after-the-siren kick to give the Demons’ under-18s a last gasp inter-league win over Bellarine on Saturday. Money kicked truly, sending his team-mates into raptures and capping a great day for Casey Cardinia in both the football and netball competitions. The senior football side, led by an eight-goal avalanche from Cranbourne champion Marc Holt, accounted for the Bellarine by 45 points, while the leagues’ best netballers survived an epic battle to make it a clean sweep with a two-goal victory.
