Voice of doom

One possible redeeming quality of The Voice Kids is that these junior wannabes will hopefully learn the stark realities of life early in their career.
When the fickle entertainment industry has wrung them dry and they can’t even score a non-paying gig at the local pub, perhaps they will hear the voices of ghosts from bygone days.
Judges who promised to buy their albums, said they owned the stage and would go to their concerts.
Unfortunately kids, their caravan, laden to the brim with false hope, empty promises and tired cliches will have moved on to a new generation of next best things.
Keith Harkin,
Cannons Creek.
