Bypass brain

Casey council transport manager says that the Cranbourne bypass needs to be constructed urgently.
Mr Hamilton, it’s a bit late for that now. It should have been built years ago before the houses the government allowed to be built.
But, then again, the council doesn’t get any rates from a bypass.
The intersection at South Gippsland Highway-Hallam Road should also have been fixed years ago, but nothing got done.
