AN arrow was fired through the front window of a house in Narre Warren South in the early hours of the morning of 7 November.
Police attended the house on Oak Grove and arrested a man in Frankston soon after in relation to drink-driving, but also interviewed him in relation to the arrow incident.
He was charged with reckless conduct likely to cause serious injury.
