Facilities are looking great at Saffron Grove.

CONSTRUCTION has begun on the final stage of the Saffron Grove Retirement Village at Hallam.
Sales manager Phil Glasson said it was the last chance to purchase a new unit in Saffron Grove.
He said the retirement village, which had been operating for the past seven years, had new two and three bedroom units for sale.
“Building is underway – come and reserve your chosen spot,” he said.
Mr Glasson said Saffron Grove had plenty of things going for it, from location to layout.
“Saffron Grove is a quiet, small and friendly village,” he said.
“It features great units with internal entry from the garage and each one has its own small backyard.
“Downsize your large home to one of our new units and pocket the change for lifestyle choices.
“Our residents are a very friendly lot who enjoy their retired lifestyle.
“The focus of Saffron Grove is on the well-being and health of the over-55s age group.
Saffron Grove is at 8 Saffron Drive, Hallam, and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Call on 1300 669 523.
