IT IS believed that two armed robberies at separate service stations in Narre Warren and Hampton Park this month are linked.
Around 2.40am on Monday 2 January, an attendant at a service station along Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road allowed one male to enter the store who was then followed by two other men.
The males were armed with weapons, including a knife, and made threats to the salesman before they stole cash. Police were called but the offenders escaped on foot.
Later on the same night around 3am, three men entered a BP in Hampton Park along Ormond Road. The men were armed with a knife and stole money.
Police believe the same men were responsible for both robberies.
