A TEENAGER driving a car with no number plates in Cranbourne West was chased and arrested by police on the weekend.
Police detected the suspicious car just after midnight on Sunday and tried to speak to the driver, who fled down Evans Road where police gave chase.
The 18-year-old dumped the car a short time later and then fled on foot but was soon caught.
The teenager has been charged with traffic and drug driving offences.
