HEALTH Minister Jill Hennessy visited Casey Hospital this week to meet with local nurses, doctors and patients.
The minister was joined by Narre Warren South MP Judith Graley on Tuesday to tour the hospital’s Acute Rehabilitation Ward, Maternity Ward and Special Care Nursery.
During last year’s election campaign the Labor Party promised a $106.3 million expansion of Casey Hospital including plans for an intensive care unit.
