PARTS of a black ‘monkey bike’ were left behind near the scene of a crime in Narre Warren on Monday.
A boy was seen riding a bike near Heatherlea Crescent where a grass fire occurred around 4.10pm on Monday 6 April.
It is believed the bike broke as parts of it were left behind.
Police have deemed the fire, which burnt a 12 by 25 metres swath of land, as suspicious.
Police have said the area is a common for youths and there may have been some drug taking activity.
