View club auction boxes on

By LACHLAN MOORHEAD

THE bidding was opened earlier this month when a special community auction was held in Narre Warren.
The Berwick Springs View Club held its annual Box Auction on Monday 20 April, for which members brought a beautifully wrapped box to be auctioned off during the event.
Enthusiastic bidding for the boxes saw $432 go towards the club’s Learning for Life students.
Berwick Springs View Club, a friendship group, meets at 11.30am on the third Monday of the month at the Berwick RSL for lunch with a guest speaker.
New members are always welcome, and to express interest in attending the monthly meeting contact Patricia on 8786 5557 or Jenny on 8794 7357.
