Make the move to change your life

Why is yoga so popular – because it works!
Yoga is a complete and total movement, movement of the body, breath and mind.
While there are many different styles, all involve a series of poses that require full range of movement of the body.
Contrary to popular belief, flexibility is not a prerequisite but, fortunately it is one of the many benefits.
At Body Yoga, yoga is taught as a “moving meditation” where students are encouraged to feel and listen to their bodies.
There is no pressure for students to push beyond their own capability, instead there is encouragement and support to be gentle and nurturing.
Yoga teaches students to let go of stress and to be in the moment.
Yoga makes happier, healthier people because they find inner peace and no longer need to judge ourselves or others.
Body Yoga students had this to say:
“I feel I’ve learnt more about myself in the two years I’ve been attending yoga than the 38 years that came before it.”
“Yoga has been a form of renaissance – a chance to start again and to approach life with a new-found attitude, perspective and resolve.”
“I have found yoga to be the key to unlocking all the built-up tension which has caused me much pain and suffering.”
Take the first step to improving health and wellbeing by calling Body Yoga for the offer of seven days of unlimited yoga for $20.
Body Yoga is at 1/15 Blackburne Square, Berwick.
