Drugs and $10,000 in car

TWO men have been arrested after police seized a large amount of cannabis and more than $10,000 in cash during a routine car stop in Narre Warren on Wednesday.
Officers intercepted the car on Redwood Court around 10pm, where they found the cash and cannabis.
Detectives also executed a warrant at a Cranbourne property where stolen property was found.
A 43-year-old Cranbourne man and a 30-year-old man from Narre Warren were both charged with trafficking a drug of dependence, possessing a drug of dependence and dealing with proceeds of crime.
Both men were bailed to appear before the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 4 September.
