Mother of nine speaks out

CASEY Cardinia’s first networking lunch will feature a successful businesswoman and mother of nine.
Alannah and Madeline Foundation CEO Doctor Judith Slocombe will be the guest speaker at the Empowering Women event on Friday 14 August at Cranbourne Racing Centre.
Her career has spanned many roles, from veterinarian to entrepreneur, business owner, corporate senior executive manager and non-executive director.
The Alannah and Madeline Foundation strives to keep children safe from violence, with a major focus on cyber safety and reducing bullying.
City of Casey Mayor Mick Morland said the event was an opportunity for businesses to reward clients and colleague and to network with like-minded business people.
Lunch will be two courses served with a glass of bubbly.
A donation to the Alannah and Madeline Foundation on the day is encouraged.
Cranbourne Racing Centre is on Grant Street, Cranbourne. Registrations are from 11.30am for a noon event.
Call Raylene Wilson at City of Casey on 9705 5200 or visit caseycardinia.com.au for more information.
