Police probe firearm claim in road rage attack

NARRE WARREN Police are investigating a road rage incident that may have involved a firearm in Cranbourne on Wednesday 5 August.
Police said a green Holden Statesman was driving erratically near Linsell Boulevard, Cranbourne, before it ran a black hatchback off the road.
Police believe the driver of the Statesman continued to threaten the victim and produced a firearm.
The attacker has been described as a Caucasian male in his early twenties with a solid build and blonde hair.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to help with their investigations and urge anyone with information to contact the Narre Warren Police Station on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
