A 25-YEAR-old Doveton man has died while servicing an air-conditioning unit in Braeside – the first of two fatal workplace incidents in south-east Melbourne today (12 November).
The man was electrocuted during routine maintenance on the roof of the Canterbury Road site about 10.30am, Victoria Police said.
Two hours later, a man was fatally crushed by machinery at a business at Kirkham Road West, Keysborough.
The man died at the scene and has not been formally identified.
WorkSafe is investigating both incidents.
