New builder moves in

MORE than a hundred people turned out to celebrate the grand opening of the Stroud Homes Casey display office on Saturday.
With face painting and food and fun, it was the perfect way to celebrate the opening of the office, at 1 Clyde Road, Berwick.
Sales manager Bethany Townsend said while there were lots of friends and family there to wish them well there were also plenty of people there to check out the new builders on the block and plenty of leads to follow.
Strouds Homes Casey is a family business run by Narre Warren local builder Ron Townsend with his son Caleb and daughter Bethany looking after the sales side of things.
Bethany said Strouds Homes Casey was a case of locals building homes for locals and with 81 standard inclusions that come with every home and their “black and white” she was hopeful that they would soon be building the beautiful Stroud’s homes in the region.
Visit the website www.stroudhomes.com.au or give them a call on 1300 554 887 for more information or to have a chat about building “your family a house that feels like home”.
