THREE men harassed and punched a passer-by on a bike who refused to part with his alcohol in Narre Warren recently.
The incident occurred on Sunday 15 November at 9.30pm on the Monash Freeway underpass which links Victor Crescent and Sandalwood Drive, Narre Warren.
The victim was riding home after buying the alcohol when he was approached by the trio.
One of the offenders asked for cigarettes and cash and when the victim declined, the man demanded the alcohol and proceeded to punch him in the face when he resisted their demands. They eventually had their way and stole the alcohol
The offenders were described as around 180cm tall with short hair, wearing jeans and jackets and spoke good English.
