CFA crews were called to two incidents within a couple minutes of each other, one in Hallam and then another in Narre Warren.
Two CFA trucks reported to the first incident at Hallam just before 5pm on Tuesday where there was a car accident opposite the Spring Square Shopping Centre.
The crews were called to wash away fuel and the incident was soon deemed to be safe.
Just after 5pm another three trucks were called out to a noise barrier fire in Heyington Circle in Narre Warren but the incident was soon brought under control.
