POLICE are investigating a suspicious grass fire lit in a vacant block in Hampton Park earlier this month.
A man was driving past the block on the corner of Pound and Shrives roads, about 3pm on Thursday 3 December, when he noticed the blaze and pulled over to put it out.
Police and CFA member soon arrived to help extinguish the fire.
The incident is being treated as suspicious.
