By GEORGIA WESTGARTH

A TEENAGER from Narre Warren North was clocked travelling at more than double the speed limit in Wandin North over the weekend.
It is alleged Yarra Ranges Highway Patrol members nabbed the P-plate driver travelling at 125/km/h in a 60/km/h zone.
Police intercepted the Nissan Patrol and spoke to the 19-year-old driver about 6.55pm on Sunday 24 January.
His car was impounded, and he is facing $997 in towing and storage costs and is expected to be charged on summons for speeding offences.
