Pedestrian coward punched at crossing

A PEDESTRIAN was allegedly coward punched at a crossing after an angry driver refused to give way in the Fountain Gate car park.
A group of people were crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing at the shopping centre about 11.45am on Saturday 6 February, when the driver of a white SUV allegedly refused to give way.
The three occupants inside the car then got out and started a fight with the pedestrians.
One of the pedestrians was coward punched by an occupant of the car and sustained serious head injuries.
The driver of the car is described as a Caucasian man in his twenties, had short blond hair and was wearing a singlet and shorts.
The second occupant was a Caucasian woman in her late twenties, with long blonde hair, had a slim build and was wearing a long striped dress.
The third occupant, who allegedly coward punched the pedestrian, is described as a Caucasian man, aged in his early thirties, is six foot two, had a solid or obese build and short brown hair and a short beard.
He was wearing a dark brown T-shirt with a dark print, and dark shorts.
