A PEDESTRIAN punched a man and smashed his car window on Australia Day after taking exception to the way he was driving.
The victim was driving through the Berwick Market Place on Wilson Street on Australia Day when an unknown pedestrian, who was accompanying a child, shouted at him.
The pedestrian kicked the victim’s car multiple times and punched the front passenger window which shattered into pieces.
The pedestrian then punched the victim several times before leaving.
The pedestrian is described as Caucasian, about 50 years old, six foot six, and at the time was wearing an Akubra hat and a grey shirt.
