Youth dies after horror crash

A 20-YEAR-OLD has died in hospital after a horror crash in Narre Warren in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Police understand the driver, from Narre Warren, was travelling north along Narre Warren North Road in the alleged stolen car when he lost control of it.
The car crashed into the garage of a childcare facility in Webb Street, just before 3.30am on Tuesday 29 March.
The driver was rushed to The Alfred hospital in a critical condition where he later died.
The car was allegedly stolen from a Cranbourne property earlier that morning.
There have been 80 fatalities on Victorian roads so far this year, up from 64 at the same time last year.
