THE Autumn Place Masterplan is one council meeting away from being adopted.
The plan features in the Casey council agenda for the meeting on the night of Tuesday 5 April in which it is being recommended that the proposal be adopted.
The plan outlines potential projects for council-owned land in the Autumn Place precinct in Doveton and Eumemmerring.
Casey council endorsed the formal exhibition of the Draft Autumn Place Masterplan in January, which includes immediate and long-term projects identified by the community and council officers after a number of consultations.
Tuesday’s council agenda also features a report about the Berwick Springs Wetland Reserve Masterplan, in which the council will decide whether to endorse the plan for it to be opened up for community consultation.
The council recently proposed to end the Narre Warren South Development Contributions Plan and is looking to reallocate funds from the plan into the wetland project.
