As part of Operation Anorexigenic, the police executed warrants in Oak Grove Drive, Narre Warren, as well as Bentleigh East, Carnegie and Bayswater from 5am.
A 26-year-old Narre Warren man, a 29-year-old man and 24-year-old woman from Bentleigh East and a 29-year-old Carnegie man were arrested.
