Bid to beat a killer

DANDENONG Rotarians will do their bit to beat bowel cancer in Berwick throughout May.
Trevor Harding lost his 38-year-old niece Debbie Greer to the disease about 15 years ago.
He’s helping others avoid her fate by running a project that offers $15 Bowelscan kits at two Berwick pharmacies during May.
Participants post their completed kit for testing, following the directions included.
Kits are available from Berwick Pharmacy, 51-53 High Street, Berwick, and Epic Pharmacy at St John of God Hospital in Gibb Street, Berwick.
Call Mr Harding on 0409 797 730 for more information.
