Teens seen, bikes gone

WITNESSES claim two teenagers were seen hanging around a residential street in Berwick before two mountain bikes were stolen from a nearby unlocked garage.
The bikes, valued at about $2000, were taken from the Marisa Crescent address on Monday 25 April between 1.30pm and 2pm.
The unknown offenders helped themselves to the two bikes and other items inside the garage.
The bicycles are described as male and female mountain bikes, one 21-inch, black frame with green stripes and the other 16-inch, black frame with blue stripes.
