A HOLDEN commodore had been stripped of its parts before it was dumped and set on fire in Narre Warren North.
The 1996 Holden commodore sedan was reportedly ablaze on Sunday 8 May about 2.10am on Jacques Road.
The commodore had been stripped of its motor, bonnet, differential and wheels.
Police believe the car was stripped at another location before being dumped on the dirt road.
Narre Warren North Fire Brigade extinguished the fire, and witnesses are urged to call the Narre Warren police station on 9705 3111.
