A cuppa for their careers

GRADUATES were treated to a cuppa at Parliament House courtesy of Narre Warren South MP Judith Graley.
Recipients of the Denese Bartlett Award from Narre Warren South P-12 College talked future career opportunities and life after graduating from one of the largest local schools.
Each year, The Denese Bartlett Award is presented as a scholarship to a female Year 11 student from Narre Warren South P-12 College.
The scholarship is in honour of Denese Bartlett, a local mother who while fighting cancer led the campaign for the establishment of the college.
Since graduation, 2007 award recipient Shabeena Izzedeen Izzedeen is working as a recruiting specialist at HAYS recruitment in Melbourne.
Emma Liebe, 2009 winner, is a medic with the Royal Australian Navy and 2013 award recipient, Rebecca Fischer is studying to become a psychologist at RMIT and hopes to join the Australian Army.
